Suhas Kulkarni is an Entrepreneur and the Founding Director of the Office for Globalization in Louisville/Jefferson County Kentucky. He is a businessman and community leader who has over 45 years of experience building and growing new businesses in the service and technology fields. He has been a thought leader on economic policy and community development  helping to leading community-based efforts in creating smart growth policy and actions. As an immigrant he has first hand experience in assimilating into the United States and what newcomers bring to their new communities.

Surekha Kulkarni is a social entrepreneur. She has successfully run small businesses for over 30 years. She is the founder of the highly successful Beaded Treasures Project, an economic empowerment organization for minority women. She brings over 40 years of experience in business development, non-profit management, and community empowerment to Imm-PACT.

Bryan Warren is a former Director of the Louisville Metro Government Office for Globalization and Executive Director of Asia Institute Crane House. He brings over 25 years of experience in population data demographic analysis, government policy, economic development, leadership training, community networks and development and nonprofit administration to the Imm-PACT Team.
